Manjula is a highly accomplished Sales & Marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in driving business growth, shaping product strategies, and leading market success across dynamic and competitive environments. He has a strong track record of building high-performing teams and delivering strategic impact across both local and regional markets.
His career began at Informatics (Pvt) Ltd as a Management Trainee – Sales & Marketing, progressing into leadership roles such as Product Manager and Assistant General Manager. In 2010, he joined HP Sri Lanka as an Enterprise Account Manager, embarking on a distinguished 14+ year journey with HP. During his tenure, he held several key positions including Country Business Manager for Sri Lanka and Category Manager for Bangladesh & Sri Lanka.
Most recently, Manjula served as Theater Category Manager – Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) at HP’s Worldwide Category organization, based in Singapore. This role gave him extensive exposure to diverse APJ markets and allowed him to work closely with cross-functional, multicultural teams—further honing his expertise in category leadership and regional business strategy.
Manjula holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Sciences and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Peradeniya. He is passionate about traveling, reading, and playing chess.
