Chandika is a Director of VSIS with more than 25 years of experience in ICT sector key roles. Starting his career as a Software Engineer in designing and developing the core software architecture of Telecom Billing Systems, Chandika’s expertise covers Software Engineering, Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure Management and Telecommunications areas. Chandika is a Computer Science and Engineering graduate from the University of Moratuwa and an MBA graduate from the University of Colombo.
